La Rondine
This 50 m2 apartment is situated on the upper floor of the main house. The building is situated on hilly terrain and there for the apartment is easily accessable from the mountain side with 3 steps. From the windows overlooking the olive trees valley you may admire a striking sight.
It is composed of an entrance corridor, a very bright bathroom and two separate rooms: a living room with double sofa (possible extra bed) bed and cooking corner with dishwasher, and a big bedroom.
This apartment has replaced an old barn and its name comes from swallows which used to nest where the kitchen now is.
• The apartment includes a small entrance 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed (2 pax) 1 double bedroom with satellite TV (160 x 200 bedsize(2 pax) with spacious wardrobe and 1 bathroom
• The bathroom is equipped with shower 120 x 60 1 WC bidet and washbasin complete with hairdryer and courtesy set
• The apartment is equipped with linen for the bed and towels and being a self-catering apartment the linen change is scheduled weekly
• The living room includes a well-equipped kitchen with a sink 4-burner gas stove electric oven refrigerator with freezer compartment dishwasher coffee machine/moka toaster and water kettle
• The apartment has a large panoramic terrace equipped with table and chairs for exclusive use
• The children's play area is just a few metres away and is clearly visible from the terrace
• Throughout the building are available in use with other guests deckchairs sunbeds and parasols the swimming pool (12 x 6 meters depth max. h 150) and the barbecue.
